New Year's Eve

Mark and Sarah came down from Fort Collins for New Year's Eve. THe kids really enjoyed playing games with their Aunt and Uncle. Eric was extremely excited and bouncing off the walls, but hey, what's new?! After the kids were in bed the adults enjoyed playing Apples to Apples.
New Year's day we went to the Museum of Nature and Science. I forgot my camera... but it was quite fun to watch the determination of John and Mark as they attempted to "park" the space shuttle. Of course my favorite exhibit is the Rocks and Minerals, and I tried convincing John that for our Anniversary this year (ten year anninversary) that he could pick me up one the rare gems in the exhibit... a topaz that was over 1oo, 000 carats... that's not asking for much, is it?
